Two New Deacons in Nigeria

The Diocese of Saint Joseph of The Anglocatholic Church in Nigeria, Africa, has received two new deacons to The Anglocatholic Church, reports His Excellency, The Most Reverend Joseph Iorhumba Pevigo, The Ordinary of The Diocese of Saint Joseph. These new deacons are The Reverend Deacon Gregory and The Reverend Deacon Abel.

New Bishop Joined us in DR Congo

His Excellency, The Most Reverend Avio Ongang Cyprien, has joined us from DR Congo. He will be serving as Ordinary of The Diocese of Saint Athanasius of The Anglocatholic Church in DR Congo. Since 2019 Bishop Cyprien is the President of the National Council of Community, Catholic, Coptic and Orthodox Churches in DR Congo.

New Bishop Consecrated in Cameroon, Africa

On Saturday, August 24, 2019, on the Feast of Saint Bartholomew the Apostle, there was Solemn Consecration Mass in Cameroon, celebrated by His Eminence, The Most Reverend Dr. Jean Ndjewel, Primate of All Western Africa of The Anglocatholic Church. The Reverend Father Moise Omie was consecrated as Bishop in Christ’s One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. The Chief consecrator was His Eminence Archbishop Dr. Jean Ndjewel, co-consecrator was His Excellency, Bishop Thaddee Nkoa (Gallican Church). His Excellency, The Most Reverend Moise Omie will be the Ordinary over The Diocese of Mary – Mother of God, of The Anglocatholic Church (Cameroon).
