The Anglocatholic Church

The Anglocatholic Church is around the world Twenty Eight countries: Australia, Argentina, Burundi, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, DR Congo, Estonia, France, Gabon, Haiti, Italy, Kenya, Nigeria, Philippines, Peru, Republic of Congo, Russia, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tanzania, Uganda, United States and in Venezuela in ten archdioceses and thirteen dioceses in 123 parishes with 29,832 faithful members. Among them are 26 bishops,  164 priests, and 69 deacons, total 259 clergymen.

In connection with joing with The Anglocatholic Church a group of Christians in Haiti, led by The Reverend Father Henrry Guierrier, 4 parishes, 4 priests, 3 deacons and 350 faithful, The Diocese of Living Word of The Anglocatholic Church was established in Haiti.

The Anglocatholic Church has been officially registered in Nigeria on February 2, 2022. It seems not a big step in The United States or in Europe, where this process is very easy, but in Africa and in some other places it is very difficult. Congratulations to Primate Dr. Joseph Pevigo! On Sunday, January 16th, 2022, The President of The Holy Trinity Anglocatholic School of Ministry, His Beatitude Most Reverend Lord Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, awarded Metropolitan Archbishop, His Eminence, The Most Reverend James Christian Macaire Miafouanandi, Metropolitan Archbishop of Metropolitan Archdiocese of Saint Sophie Sagesse Divine of The Anglocatholic Church, with the honorary degree of the Doctor of Divinity. On January 8, 2022, His Excellence, Bishop Emmanuel Segue, will ordain Deacon Jean Emmanuel Bikoi as a Priest in Christ’s One, Holy, Apostolic and Catholic Church at Knenlikok, near Yaounde, Cameroon, Africa.

On the Feast Day of Holy Family, His Excellency, The Most Reverend Avio Ongang Cyprien, ordained Mr. Munoko Pamphile, as a deacon in Christ’s One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church at the Parish of Saint Francis of Assisi of The Diocese of Saint Athanasius of The Anglocatholic Church in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

As of December 27, 2021 THE ANGLOCATHOLIC CHURCH has in 28 countries 31 Bishops, 160 Priests, and 66 Deacons ministering to nearly 30,000 faithful church members. Total clergy number is 257.

His Excellency, The Most Reverend Aimee Makima from the Republic of Congo has joined us. He will be serving as the Ordinary of The Diocese of Saint Raphael of The Anglocatholic Church.
