His Excellency, The Most Reverend Gervasio Nkaranga, Ordinary over the Diocese of Christ the King Divine Mercy of The Anglocatholic Church (Uganda) and His Excellency, The Most Reverend Baltazari Mtenga, Ordinary over the Diocese of Saint Luke the Evangelist of The Anglocatholic Church (Tanzania).
