Patriarch’s Council Named The Holy Synod

On November 11, 2016 by the decree of The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, The Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, the highest organ of the Church – The Patriarch’s Council – has been named The Holy Synod.
