Episcopal ID Clergy Cards Sent to All Bishops

As of July 3, 2020, The Office of The Patriarch, has sent to all 28 Bishops of The Anglocatholic Church by Regular Mail Episcopal ID Cards. The backround color of the ID cards is: Patriarch – Red, Bishops – Violet, Priests – Green, Deacons – Yellow. Registration to The Second Conclave of Bishops of the ACC

Just now there are representatives of 7 countries registered to attend The Second Conclave of The College of Bishops of The Anglocatholic Church (Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Nigeria, Switzerland, United States). It may be reminded that at our First Conclave of The College of Bishops of The Anglocatholic Church in Seekonk, United States in 2017 there were only 3 countries represented (Canada, Estonia, United States). So statistically speaking we may say, that next year we may have at the Second Conclave of The College of Bishops of The Anglocatholic Church 233% increase of different countries represented!

Changes in Holy Synod Membership in Anglocatholic Church

On June 30, 2020, by the decree of His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, in the Membership of The Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church the following change was made. To the Members of The Holy Synod – Patriarch Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, Patriarch Coadjutor Dr. David Smith, Primate Dr. Ian Charles Adrian, Primate Dr. Raphael Marie Villiere, and Bishop Dr. Earl Lewis Frazier one more member was added – Primate Moise Omie. Now we have in our Holy Synod 6 members. The Most Reverend Moise Omie will be at our Holy Synod the Mentor of Sacramental Formation.

Decision by The Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church

With sad feelings realized The Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church realistic situation what happened due to a person, who was in charge of organizing the Conclave in his home country, and then suddently left our church. Due to some other changes, our Second Conclave of The College of Bishops of The Anglocatholic Church, which will be, God willing, on June 19 – 22, 2021 in Frankfurt, Germany at Park Inn Blu Raddisson Hotel Frankfurt Airport.

As our gatherings of the Bishops – the Conclaves – are once in 4 years, the next Conclave, The Third Conclave of The Anglocatholic Church, is planned to be in 2025. As Bishops who needed visa are not able to attend in next year Conclave, and it is mostly sad to the African Bishops, The Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church decided, that The Third Conclave of The College of Bishops of The Anglocatholic Church will be in 2025 in one of the capital citys in Africa.

A Monastery in Russia Established

By the decree of His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, The Patriarch confirmed the request from His Eminence Augustine Urumbaev from Siberia. Based on that request there will be under The Anglocatholic Church Saint Columban Celtic Catholic Monastery in Siberia, Russia. The Abbott of the Monastery will be His Eminence Archbishop Augustine Urumbaev.

Decree of The Patriarch to Holy Synod Members

On June 27, 2020, His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, gave additional tasks for training by internet or other methods to newly consecrated Bishops and Bishops who need special mentoring. The tasks will be in the following way divided between the Members of The Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church: Patriarch Dr. Heigo Ritsbek – Mentor of Leadership Formation, Patriarch Coadjutor Dr. David Smith – Mentor of Liturgical Formation, Primate Dr. Raphael Marie Villiere – Mentor of Spiritual Formation, Primate Dr. Ian Charles Adrian – Mentor of Theological Formation, Bishop Dr. Earl Lewis Frazier – Mentor of Pastoral Formation.
