On December 27, 2025, The Most Reverend Dr. Kenneth Obinna Ikeh, The Primate of All English-speaking Africa and the Archbishop of The Archdiocese of Saint John the Apostle of The Anglocatholic Church, will consecrate The Very Reverend Stephen Bemgba, The Bishop Elect for the Diocese of Saint Mary the Virgin of The Anglocatholic Church. With the Bishop Elect 79 baptized members, 4 parishes, 5 priests and 2 deacons will join us. The Cathedral name will be Christ the King Cathedral. It will be in Gboko, Nigeria.
After adding this diocese and new bishop and clergy and laity our worldwide statistics will be: 34 countries, 35 archdioceses and dioceses, 459 parishes, 34 bishops, 533 priests, 297 deacons, total clergy 864, total laity 1,532,872, TOTAL MEMBERSHIP WORLDWIDE 1,533,737.
