On August 4, 2025, by the decree of His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Lord Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of the Anglocatholic Church, the third Primate has been nominated in Africa. Due to the great membership and number of clergy and parishes, Metropolitan Archbishop Most Reverend Dr. Richard Deng Dau Deng, Metropolitan Archbishop of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Saint Peter of The Anglocatholic Church, has been appointed as Primate of All South Sudan of the Anglocatholic Church, effective immediately.
