By the decree of His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Lord Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, a new Office has been established under General Office of Tallinn Patriarchate. The new office will be called Office of Clergy Relations and will be led by His Eminence, The Most Reverend Dr. David Smith, B.Mus., M.Mus., D.D. Summa Cum Laude, as The Prefect.
