On January 18, 2020, by the decree of His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, His Excellency, The Most Reverend Dr. Earl Lewis Frazier, Ordinary of The Diocese of Saint Giles the Hermit of The Anglocatholic Church, was elevated as the Chaplain of the Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church.
