On June 27, 2020, His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, gave additional tasks for training by internet or other methods to newly consecrated Bishops and Bishops who need special mentoring. The tasks will be in the following way divided between the Members of The Holy Synod of The Anglocatholic Church: Patriarch Dr. Heigo Ritsbek – Mentor of Leadership Formation, Patriarch Coadjutor Dr. David Smith – Mentor of Liturgical Formation, Primate Dr. Raphael Marie Villiere – Mentor of Spiritual Formation, Primate Dr. Ian Charles Adrian – Mentor of Theological Formation, Bishop Dr. Earl Lewis Frazier – Mentor of Pastoral Formation.

Patriarchal Decree Concerning Leadership in Africa
On June 20, 2020, His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, has elevated Archbishop Moise Omie as The Metropolitan Archbishop of The Metropolitan Archdiocese of Mary – Mother of God. Also His Eminence, The Most Reverend Moise Omie has been elevated as The Primate of All Africa of The Anglocatholic Church.

Patriarchal Decrees Concerning Cameroon
On Tuesday, June 16th, 2020, His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, established a new diocese on the territory of Cameroon, Africa – The Diocese of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception of The Anglocatholic Church. Also – Father Emmanuel Segue, Ph.B, Ph.M.Ed, M.Sc.Ed., has been elevated as Bishop Elect, future Ordinary for this mentioned Diocese. For now he will be given limited Faculties of Episcopal activities, sent to him personally soon.

Patriarch Decree Concerning Diocese of Saint Stephen the Martyr
On June 13, 2020, His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. Heigo Ritsbek, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, has given a decree, in which The Diocese of Saint Stephen the Martyr of The Anglocatholic Church has under it not only Italy, but also Switzerland. The Diocese is currently served by Bishop Elect Father Adriano Amato. Now The Anglocatholic Church is ministering in 26 countries of the world.

Decree of the Patriarch Concerning West Africa
On June 1st, 2020, by the decree of His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. HEIGO RITSBEK, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, the following changes have been made concerning Central and West Africa and Africa as a whole:
- Metropolitan Archbishop Dr. Martin Lakwey Kiprotich is now Primate of All Africa of The Anglocatholic Church;
- Former Archbishop Joseph Pevigo is now Metropolitan Archbishop of The Metropolitan Archdiocese of Saint Joseph. Under this Metropolitan Archdiocese are now territories of Gabon, DR Congo, Nigeria;
- Former Bishop Moisie Omie is now appointed Archbishop over The Archdiocese of Mary – Mother of God (Cameroon).
