On August 25, 2012, His Beatitude, The Most Reverend Dr. HEIGO RITSBEK, MA, MDiv, DMin, LittD, DD, Patriarch of The Anglocatholic Church, was consecrated a Bishop in Christ’s One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church in Kasese, Uganda, Africa.
